PRODUCTION OF MUSIC VIDEO: a brief overview of the new editing skills you’ve learned during the editing of your music video

I have learned during the time of the editing process of the music video, a range of skills that I thought were hard to do but were easier than I thought!

For instance, getting the same artist in the same shot, as if they were talking to themselves! I used the 'image and wireframe' function on Final Cut Pro; thereafter, using the Crop tool, I halfed one of the shots, which revealed the other shot which was layered underneath!

In addition to that skill, I also learned how to layer a shot as a border. This was done by overlaying the basetrack and cropping it to be positioned in the middle. The shots that were going to be the borders, were placed above it. Class!
