Planning for Music Video: Difference between the original video

We will be different from the original music video by showing a transition of the artist gaining wealth and status, we will do this by showing the change of clothing, so for example the first few shots will be the artist in his unbranded T-shirt and joggers and the backdrop being a estate preferably a council estate, then we will show the transition which will appeal to the masses, which is the designer casual wear garments, which could consist of chino's and Ralph Lauren t-shirts to show a sense of fashion style and the backdrop could be the city, and the night life of London, to promote the type of artist he is. Final transition will be him in a suit, to connote a sense of power and wealth gained from the music he has created and the success he has gained, this powerful image of him in a suit in a lounge shows his movement within the music industry as well as him being pushed out to the media to look like his got a new level of life style to live.

We will be using different effects of different parts of the music video for example, slow motion with glitter perhaps coming out of a balloon, and filter which makes the video look glossy as well as many cut away, different shot types to give an overall rounded view of the artist, as the aim is to sell the artist.
