Here is the official music video for the track Chris Brown - Look At Me Now ft. Lil Wayne, Busta Rhymes. This music video is the best example of music video as practical just focuses on the artists, this is the job of the music video to promote the artist, the reason for this is to sell the artist. Also, another reason why I’ve picked this video is I think the editing is great, quick jump cuts different angles also the camera works which never seem to just stay in a certain position it gives us long shot low shots, high shots, close ups. MES creates more understanding of the video the location looks to be under some kind of bridge (somewhere underground) the costumes suit the location also the graffiti it looks like a lively party. The flashing lights and the quick cuts help keep the viewer engaged. The genre is known for being underground and the "ghetto" this shown by MES location, the graffiti and costumes. Moreover, the Laura Mulvey's idea about the male gaze is seen in this video as we can see that there is half naked women in this video.
